Every listing on this site carries a stamp like this:
RENTRADIUS VERIFIED · 12 AUG 2026 · VISITED · RR-PG-0142
That is the date, the method, and the listing reference. It is generated from our records — it is never decorative, and a listing that has no verification date cannot be published at all. The system refuses it.
The three methods
- Visited — one of our people physically went to the property.
- Video toured — we walked through it on a live video call with the owner or caretaker.
- Called owner — we spoke to the owner and confirmed the room, the rent, and that it is still available.
We tell you which one applies. They are not equivalent and we do not pretend they are.
The 30-day rule
A verification is good for 30 days. After 21 days the stamp changes to RE-CHECKING. At 30 days the listing leaves the site automatically, whether or not anyone remembered to look at it.
This is deliberate and it costs us listings. A stale listing wastes your trip and your trust, and we would rather show you fewer places than waste either.
Photos
Every photo carries the date it was taken. We do not use stock photography, we do not use AI-generated room images, and we do not reuse a photo from a different room in the same building. If the photos look ordinary, it is because they are real.
What we will not publish
- Owner phone numbers, house numbers or door numbers — locality and landmark only.
- A precise map pin for any women’s accommodation.
- Reviews we did not collect, or ratings we invented.
- A listing count we cannot substantiate from live data.
If we get it wrong
If you reach a property and it does not match what we showed you, tell us. We will take the listing down the same day and we want to know — a listing being wrong is a failure of the one thing we sell.
