Short version: we collect as little as possible, we do not sell anything to anyone, and you can browse this entire site without an account.
Browsing
No login is required to browse. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number to see listings.
Your shortlist and what you have looked at
Places you save are stored in your own browser, on your own device. So is a short record of which areas you have browsed and the last few properties you opened, which is what lets the site show you those again when you come back.
None of it is sent to us and we cannot see any of it. There is no account and no profile. Clearing your browser data clears all of it, and there is a “Forget this” link on the home page that does the same thing immediately.
When you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp, we keep your number and what you told us you are looking for, so we can help you and follow up after a visit. We use it for that and nothing else. We do not sell or rent contact details to anyone, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Cookies
We store the city you last browsed so the site opens in the right place. That is a single value from a fixed list — it is not a tracking profile.
If you reach this site by tapping one of our Google ads, Google’s ad tag loads and sets a cookie that tells us which ad led to a WhatsApp tap, an enquiry or a visit booking. It records that the action happened — not your name, your number or what you wrote. If you then message us on WhatsApp, a short reference in that first message tells us the chat came from the ad. If you came any other way, that tag is never loaded.
The same applies to Facebook and Instagram. If you reach this site from an ad or a link there, Meta’s tag loads and sets a cookie that tells us which ad led to a property being opened, a WhatsApp tap, an enquiry, a visit booking or an owner starting a listing, and lets Meta show you our properties again. It records that the action happened — not your name, your number or what you wrote. If you came any other way, that tag is never loaded.
Owners
Owner contact details are never published on this site. They are held privately and are not renderable on any public page.
If you list a property on our “List your property” page, your mobile number and what you have told us so far are saved as soon as you enter the number, even if you stop before the last screen, so that we can call or WhatsApp you about that property. Your phone keeps a link to a listing you have not finished, so you can carry on with it; nothing else is stored on the device. Tell us to stop and we will, and we delete what we hold.

Maps and location
Google Maps loads when you open a map or activate place search. Search text and map requests are sent to Google. Current location is requested only when you choose it. Nearby searches use a rounded location; your selected area or rounded search location is remembered on this browser for up to 30 days, until you change it or clear browser storage. It is not saved to your account. Confirmed property pins are held privately for authorised staff. Public maps show approximate areas.
