2. We send you places we have actually seen
Every listing carries the date it was last checked and how — visited in person, video toured, or confirmed on a call with the owner. If a listing has not been re-checked in 30 days it drops off the site automatically. You will never be sent to a place that was let three months ago.
3. Moving from another city?
Tell us your joining date and what you need. We send you dated photos, and a walk-through video where the listing has one, and we line up your visits for the day you arrive — several places in one trip, with our agent.
4. Visits happen in batches, by area
Rather than scattering appointments across a week, we group visits: one evening, one area, several shortlisted places in a single trip. It is faster for you and it is the only way the people doing the visiting can do the job properly.
5. You deal with the owner directly on money
We never take or hold your deposit. Rent and deposit go straight from you to the owner. Anyone asking you to send money to RentRadius is not us — stop and contact us.
What it costs
Browsing costs nothing. Enquiring costs nothing. A visit trip costs ₹500, paid to our agent at the visit by cash or UPI. See as many places as you like in one trip. If you move in through us, it is adjusted in the brokerage. If we help you find a place and you move in, there is a one-time fee — and we will tell you the exact amount in writing before any visit is arranged, never after. No surprise charges at the point you are most committed.

- Gandhinagar: Tenants pay 15 days' rent for a PG or room, one month's rent for a flat or house, only after a move-in through us. Owners pay nothing: no brokerage, no listing charge.
- Pune: Owners pay nothing: no brokerage, no listing charge.
What we are not
We are not a broker of record, and we do not offer legal advice or guarantee any rental agreement. We can point you at people who handle agreements and registration, but the contract is between you and the owner.
