What this site is
RentRadius lists rental properties and arranges viewings. We are an information and introduction service.
What we are not
We are not a broker of record. We are not a party to any rental agreement between you and an owner, and we do not provide legal advice. Any tenancy agreement is between you and the property owner.
Money
We never collect or hold rent, deposits or advances. Those always go directly from tenant to owner. If anyone asks you to pay rent, a deposit or an advance to RentRadius, it is not us — please stop and report it.
The only money RentRadius takes is its own. A visit trip costs ₹500, paid to our agent at the visit by cash or UPI. See as many places as you like in one trip. If you move in through us, it is adjusted in the brokerage. Brokerage is charged only after you move in to a place we found, as stated on How it works.
Accuracy
We verify every listing and publish the date and method of that verification. Properties change hands and details change; we re-check every 30 days and remove listings that fall out of date. We cannot guarantee a property is still available at the moment you read about it, which is why we date everything rather than implying it is all current.
Your responsibility
Inspect the property, read the agreement, and satisfy yourself before paying anyone anything. Our verification is a genuine check, not a substitute for your own judgement.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page.
Google Maps
Google Maps features are also subject to the Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Public map areas and straight-line distances are approximate; they are not driving directions or travel-time guarantees.
