RentRadius lists rental properties and arranges viewings. We are an information and introduction service.
What we are not
We are not a broker of record. We are not a party to any rental agreement between you and an owner, and we do not provide legal advice. Any tenancy agreement is between you and the property owner.
Money
We never collect or hold rent, deposits or advances. All payments go directly from tenant to owner. If anyone asks you to transfer money to RentRadius, it is not us — please stop and report it.
Accuracy
We verify every listing and publish the date and method of that verification. Properties change hands and details change; we re-check every 30 days and remove listings that fall out of date. We cannot guarantee a property is still available at the moment you read about it, which is why we date everything rather than implying it is all current.
Your responsibility
Inspect the property, read the agreement, and satisfy yourself before paying anyone anything. Our verification is a genuine check, not a substitute for your own judgement.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page.
