Renting in Bengaluru
Bengaluru rents by corridor, and the corridor is set by where you work. The south-east — Koramangala, HSR Layout, Bellandur and Sarjapur Road — sits between the Outer Ring Road tech parks and Electronic City. Whitefield, Marathahalli and Brookefield serve ITPL and the east; Hebbal, Thanisandra and Hennur serve Manyata in the north. Indiranagar and Jayanagar are the older, quieter middle.
Deposits here run higher than in most Indian cities — often several months’ rent — so every listing states the exact figure, and rent is always a real number, never “negotiable”. Every listing on this page is checked with the owner or visited by our team, dated, and leaves the site after 30 days unless we re-check it.
Guides for people moving here
All guides ›Questions
Do you charge tenants?
A visit trip costs ₹500, paid to our agent at the visit by cash or UPI. See as many places as you like in one trip. If you move in through us, it is adjusted in the brokerage. Brokerage is charged only after you move in. We never take a deposit — that goes to the owner directly.
Are the photos real?
Yes. They come from the owner or from our own visit, and each is dated. No stock photos, no AI-generated rooms.
What if a listing is already gone?
It says so. Every listing leaves the site 30 days after its last check unless we re-verify it, and a rented one is marked, never quietly left up.
I can’t come to Bengaluru. Can I still see a place?
Many listings carry a walk-through video filmed inside the place, and the stamp on every listing shows when it was last checked. To see one in person, book a visit: one trip, up to four places, with our agent.
