- You are live within 24 hours — with a dated verification stamp, which is what tenants actually look at.
What it costs you
Nothing. Listing is free, and we do not charge owners for enquiries or placement.
What we ask
- Real photos of the actual rooms, and permission to publish them.
- Real numbers for rent and deposit — we will not publish “negotiable”.
- Tell us the day it is taken, so we can mark it rented instead of sending people to a full property.
- A quick re-confirmation every month. If we cannot reach you, the listing comes down automatically.
What we do not do
We do not collect rent, hold deposits, or handle your money in any form. Tenants pay you directly.
